Terms & Conditions
Booking, payment & cancellation.
The short version. The full terms apply to every order.
Booking
Please book at least 5 to 7 days ahead for standard cakes and 2 to 3 weeks for weddings or highly custom designs.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Balance is due on or before collection / delivery.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 7 days of the date are charged 100%. Earlier cancellations lose only the deposit.
